Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Site Engineer

to manage and supervise the on-site execution of aluminium window, door, and facade installation works. The ideal candidate should have at least

3 years of relevant site experience

and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between fabrication, design, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and facade systems at project sites. Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately. Monitor quality, alignment, measurements, and finishing at every installation stage. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and fabrication units for timely completion. Prepare daily site reports, material usage logs, and progress updates. Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are maintained. Conduct inspections and manage corrective actions when deviations occur.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.

Minimum 3 years of site experience

in aluminium windows, doors, or facade systems. Strong understanding of installation techniques, sealants, gaskets, and anchoring systems. Ability to read and work from shop drawings and technical documents. Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills. Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites.

Preferred Experience

Work experience in curtain wall, facade, or glazing industry. Knowledge of aluminium system profiles and fabrication process. Familiarity with construction safety norms and QA/QC standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
