Site Supervision

: Direct and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of construction plans.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure construction meets the required standards and specifications.

Progress Reporting

: Maintain detailed records of site activities and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Problem Resolution

: Identify potential issues on site and resolve them promptly to prevent project delays.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate or residential construction industry.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in construction-related software tools.

Experience in residential real estate projects Strong communication and leadership skills
