Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of product development, including design, prototype testing, manufacturing, and implementation.
• Design systems and components that meet specified needs and requirements.
• Produce outline designs and conduct methodical experiments to test and evaluate theoretical designs.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and modify designs to improve functionality and eliminate malfunctions.
• Estimate project budgets and scopes, and prepare detailed product reports and documentation.
• Evaluate the final product\'s performance, reliability, and safety.
• Identify and formulate effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Engage in lifelong learning to develop new theories and methods.
• Solicit feedback from operators to refine and enhance product designs.

Requirements:

• BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in site engineering and product development.
• Proven experience in designing systems and components and testing prototypes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions.
• Proficient in preparing product reports and documentation.
