We are hiring

Site Engineers (Electrical)

to support execution and operations of a floating solar power plant. The role involves electrical installation, testing, shift operations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of solar plant equipment Monitor inverters, panels, HT/LT systems, SCADA Coordinate with contractors during execution Handle shift operations and site activities Report issues, breakdowns, and daily progress Follow safety and quality procedures

Requirements

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum

3 years experience in Solar Power Plants

Floating solar experience preferred Knowledge of solar electrical systems & O&M

Hindi communication preferred

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
