Job Description

Work with the project team to define project goals, objectives, and scope.



Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Coordinate project activities, such as scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and

managing project documentation.

Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and

contractors.

Provide regular project updates and communicate any issues or risks.

Understand solar technology, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with technical experts to ensure that projects are designed and implemented

according to the latest standards.

Ensure that all safety requirements are met, including compliance with OSHA and other regulatory

agencies.

Implement safety protocols and guidelines for project personnel.

Prepare regular project reports, including project status updates, budget reports, and risk

assessments.

Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process

enhancements.

Provide training and support to project team members, including contractors and other

stakeholders.

Ensure that project personnel are adequately trained in safety, technical, and project

management skills.

An understanding of Workmanship to be followed for Various Installation work like MMS Erection,

Module, DC Wiring, AC cabling, Inverter, ACDB, Earthing LA, RMS Communication systems other

BOS.

Good Understanding of DISCOM Metering and CEI Guidelines.

Understanding of various Tests and IS required for installation practices and Commissioning.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualification



1. Minimum of a N4 Electrical Certificate or a National ITI in Electrical, Solar with only experiential

learning outstanding.

2. Some understanding of PV plants is an advantage.

3. A basic understanding of:

Switching LV, MV and HV systems Lock-out tag-out procedures Power system protection.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

5. Able to read and interpret single line diagrams and schematics.

6. Able to analyze data, investigate and report on trends.

7. A basic understanding of general SCADA systems.

8. General ERP/CMMS knowledge: SAP, Ellipse, SAGE, Maximo, etc.

9. A basic understating of PLC troubleshooting and maintenance would be advantageous.

10. Able and willing to work in an outdoor environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
