Position: Site EngineerKey Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, architects, and structural consultants.
Monitor work progress, quality control, and safety measures at the site.
Maintain daily site logs, work reports, material consumption records, and labour deployment.
Verify measurements and assist in preparing BOQs and work certifications.
Manage material inventory, ensure timely ordering, and verify quality on delivery.
Resolve technical issues on-site and escalate where necessary.
Ensure project milestones are met within timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in site execution within building construction.
Must have prior experience working with a builder/real estate developer.
Strong understanding of RCC, finishing work, MEP coordination, and construction drawings.
Ability to manage contractors, timelines, and on-site resources effectively.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
