Position: Site Engineer

Experience:

2+ years

Location- Pune, Delhi

Salary: ₹6 LPA

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical -- specify if needed)

working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

on-site execution

of projects as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure

smooth site operations

. Ensure

quality control

, safety compliance, and adherence to project standards. Monitor

work progress, daily activities

, and report status to management. Read and interpret

technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents

. Manage

material planning

, site inventory, and work allocation. Handle

site measurements

, documentation, and verification of contractor work. Troubleshoot on-site issues and assist in ensuring timely project completion.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of

site execution

and project coordination. Ability to read

engineering drawings

and technical documents. Knowledge of

safety standards

, quality norms, and construction processes. Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination. Proficiency in

MS Office

; familiarity with site reporting tools preferred

Experience of working with a fire protection system installation company for more than 2 years.
