Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, taking site measurements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all financial and material aspects of the project are well-controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

cost estimates, BOQs

, and

project budgets

. Conduct

site measurements

and verify quantities executed. Manage

vendor coordination

for material supply, quotations, and rate negotiations. Evaluate

tender documents

and assist in preparing tender submissions. Prepare

work orders

interim bills

, and

final accounts

. Track

project costs

and ensure budget compliance. Handle

contract variations, claims, and payments

. Prepare

cash flow reports

and cost analysis summaries. Support the project team with

on-site verification and documentation

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in

Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management

. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of

construction materials, costing, and vendor management

. Proficient in

MS Excel, AutoCAD

, and QS software. Excellent

analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
