ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field (preferred). ? Minimum 1 year of experience in smart boards, AV systems, or digital display support.
Responsblity:-
? Install, configure, and commission interactive digital teaching boards and smart panels. ? Provide remote technical support to customers through video calls. ? Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, touch, display, and connectivity issues. ? Conduct on-site visits for installation, servicing, training, and repair work, including inter-state locations. ? Assist teachers and staff with calibration and basic operation of interactive teaching boards. ? Perform preventive maintenance and routine system inspections. ? Update firmware, software, and system drivers as required. ? Ensure proper power supply, cabling, and network connectivity at installation sites. ? Maintain accurate service records, visit reports, and issue logs. ? Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for advanced technical support. ? Follow company policies and safety standards during all installation and service activities.
