Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed as per quality standards.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Ensure safety protocols and construction guidelines are followed at the site.
Verify measurements, materials, and execution as per approved drawings.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and basic quantity take-offs.
Solve on-site technical issues and provide support to the engineering team.
Requirements
Minimum
2+ years
experience as a Site Engineer / AutoCAD Draughtsman.
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
and ability to prepare accurate construction drawings.
Hands-on experience with
site supervision
in residential or commercial projects.
Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly.
