We are looking for a

skilled and experienced Site Engineer

to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate should have

technical expertise, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities

to manage on-site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project plans. Supervise contractors, laborers, and subcontractors to maintain work quality. Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.

Site Coordination & Management

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for seamless execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress. Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and checklists.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Ensure work adheres to quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines. Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers follow proper procedures. Identify and resolve any construction-related issues on-site.

Material & Resource Management

Ensure timely procurement and efficient usage of materials. Monitor inventory and minimize material wastage. Verify materials and workmanship to meet quality standards.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management review. Maintain records of labor, materials, and equipment usage. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
