Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

with minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in construction project execution. The candidate should have a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, experience in managing site activities, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day construction site activities. Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and maintain site documentation. Assist in quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and billing work. Ensure quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) at the site. Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues. Monitor project timelines and escalate delays/risks. Adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) norms.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in civil/construction/infrastructure projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, and basic project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in industrial structures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Exposure to quality control and contractor/vendor management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
