About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee day-to-day execution of corporate interior design / fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, coordination with contractors, and smooth on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision

Monitor daily site activities and ensure project milestones are met. Supervise contractors, vendors, and labour teams for interior fit-out works. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, glazing, and networking activities.

Quality & Safety

Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements. Identify risks or delays and escalate appropriately.

Coordination & Reporting

Liaise with designers, project managers, consultants, and vendors. Track material delivery, verify quantities, and manage site inventory. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update stakeholders. Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills.

Documentation

Maintain site logs, checklists, inspection records, and snag lists. Review and validate shop drawings before execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or related field. 2-6 years of experience in

corporate interiors / commercial fit-outs

. Strong understanding of interior execution processes & materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage multiple contractors on site.
