Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Site Execution & Supervision: ₹ Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for PEB erection and installation.
Ensure that all work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.


Team Coordination: ₹ Coordinate with contractors, erection teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Liaise between the site team and the head office for drawings, materials, and work updates.


Drawing Interpretation: ₹ Read and understand PEB fabrication and erection drawings (GA, shop drawings, etc.).
Ensure erection work is done as per approved drawings and specifications.


Quality & Safety Compliance: ₹ Implement and enforce quality control measures at site.
Maintain safety protocols and ensure that all personnel follow safety guidelines.


Project Reporting: ₹ Maintain daily/weekly site progress reports and share updates with the project manager or head office.
Document and report site challenges, material shortages, and work delays.


Material Management: ₹ Track and verify receipt of materials at site as per BOM.
Coordinate for unloading, stacking, and proper storage of materials.


Client Coordination: ₹ Maintain a professional relationship with the client's site team.
Handle site-level communication and resolve any technical/site issues promptly.

Key Skills Required: ₹ Good knowledge of PEB structures and erection practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent site management and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.

Qualifications : ₹ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) EXPERIENCE : 3-4 YEARS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
