dynamic and experienced Site Engineer

to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure project success.

Position Overview:



The

Site Engineer

will be responsible for supervising and executing construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of site operations, strong leadership skills to manage labor and subcontractors, and hands-on experience in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Plan, organize, and coordinate day-to-day site work, materials, and manpower requirements. Manage and monitor the work of laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely task completion. Interpret construction drawings and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications. Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and resources at the site as per schedule. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update management on project status. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical and operational issues. Maintain site records including attendance, material receipts, and work progress. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures at the site. Handle site inspections and assist in billing and documentation related to project execution. Supervise finishing work and ensure timely project handover.

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum

7 years of experience

as a Site Engineer in the

construction industry

(preferably institutional or commercial projects). Strong understanding of construction drawings, project scheduling, and site management. Proven ability to lead site teams, manage labor efficiently, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
