Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The role demands strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day site operations and project execution. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site labor to ensure timely and quality construction. Interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams. Conduct quality checks and ensure the use of approved materials and methods. Assist in procurement and resource planning as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project needs.
