Job Overview

We are looking for a

Site Engineer

with hands-on experience in

civil construction and interior fit-out works

to manage day-to-day site execution at our projects in and around

Vyttila, Kochi

. The role involves coordination, quality control, execution as per drawings, and smooth progress of work on site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Execute

civil works

(RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring) Execute

interior works

(partitions, false ceiling, carpentry, modular furniture, painting, finishes) Ensure work is carried out

as per approved drawings and specifications

2. Drawing & Design Coordination

Read and understand

architectural, structural, and interior drawings

Coordinate with the

design team

for clarifications and revisions Ensure site work aligns with latest issued drawings

3. Vendor & Labour Management

Supervise contractors, vendors, and labour teams Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity Coordinate material delivery and on-site storage

4. Quality Control

Maintain

quality standards

for civil and interior finishes Conduct regular checks and report deviations immediately Ensure workmanship meets company standards

5. Planning & Reporting

Prepare

daily site progress reports

Track work progress against schedule Assist in material quantity tracking and site measurements

6. Safety & Site Discipline

Ensure basic safety practices are followed on site Maintain cleanliness and discipline at site

Required Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in

Civil Engineering

2-5 years

of experience in

civil + interior execution

Experience in

residential / showroom / commercial projects

preferred

Required Skills

Strong understanding of

civil construction & interior detailing

Ability to read and execute drawings accurately Good coordination and communication skills Basic knowledge of

BOQs, measurements, and materials

Ability to handle site independently

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in

turnkey projects

Familiarity with Kerala construction practices and vendors Ability to handle multiple work fronts

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Rs.18,000-Rs.23,000+allowances
