Job Description

Proceeding with plan and updating reports for the work so planned. Daily report submission and preparation of bar chart and planning of labour scheduled for spec of site deputed

Supervise and coordinate civil work at the site including excavation, concreting, masonry, formwork, and finishing. Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site technical issues. Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Liaise with quality control and safety personnel to ensure work meets standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Communicate instructions and provide technical support to field staff. Assist Project Manager with planning and material requirements. Maintain daily work records and prepare reports on progress. Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and site measurements. Maintain site logbooks, checklists, and documentation for audits. Monitor usage of materials and ensure minimal wastage. Report material requirements and delays to procurement and planning teams

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
