Key responsibilities

Supervision and Coordination:

Oversee day-to-day construction work, manage erection teams, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.

Quality and Safety:

Ensure all work adheres to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations, implementing EHS practices and conducting quality checks and inspections.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site and provide technical advice.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and other progress reports. Maintain detailed records of site activities and the use of resources.

Compliance:

Ensure the structure meets all specifications, including structural stability and water tightness, and verify compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Required skills

Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically with PEB structures. Strong project management and supervision skills. Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures. Proficiency in relevant software is often beneficial, but the primary focus is on practical site management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
