Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Site Supervision:

Overseeing daily operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and construction plans.

Resource Management:

Managing materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality Control:

Conducting inspections, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that work meets quality standards and specifications.

Documentation:

Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation of project progress and site activities.

Communication:

Liaising with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving on-site issues, delays, and discrepancies, finding creative solutions to keep the project on track.

Safety Management:

Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Technical Expertise:

Providing technical guidance, interpreting drawings and specifications, and ensuring adherence to engineering principles.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in site supervision and project management, preferably in a construction environment. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software, such as CAD and project management tools. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
