to oversee day-to-day construction activities on site, ensure work quality, and support the successful execution of a building construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.
1. Site Supervision
Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Oversee civil works such as excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
Ensure proper workforce utilization and productivity.
2. Quality Control & Inspection
Check workmanship, material quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct inspections and prepare quality checklists.
Report any non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor.
Assist the Project Manager and engineers with technical support.
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site logs, measurement sheets, and progress reports.
Verify material quantities and support preparation of BOQs and contractor bills.
Track material consumption and inventory at site.
5. Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety rules and ensure safe working conditions on site.
Assist in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
