Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finishing Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finishing works on-site, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, false ceiling, and other related activities. Monitor and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Conduct quality checks and ensure that work is executed as per drawing, specifications, and quality standards. Manage and control project budgets, track material consumption, and optimize cost without compromising on quality. Plan, schedule, and execute work in alignment with the project timeline and delivery milestones. Ensure availability and timely procurement of materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and updates for management review. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other departments for design and technical clarification. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in high-end residential or commercial finishing work. Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards. Excellent project planning, execution, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors effectively. Good communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

B.E. in Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience in large-scale construction projects.

Salary: ?5 to ?7 LPA

(As per industry standards)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
