B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

/ Roles & Responsibilities:

Site par day-to-day civil construction activities ka supervision aur monitoring karna Structural, architectural aur construction drawings ko samajhna aur site par implement karna Quantity estimation, measurement aur basic BOQ preparation mein support karna Contractors, vendors aur site supervisors ke saath coordination karna Material quality, workmanship aur safety standards ka dhyan rakhna Daily Progress Report (DPR) aur site records maintain karna Senior engineers ko planning, execution aur documentation mein assist karna Company policies, safety norms aur project timelines ka strictly follow karna Minor technical issues identify karna aur seniors ko report karna

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts AutoCAD / MS Excel / MS Word ka basic knowledge (preferred) Site execution aur construction practices ki understanding Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work at site and learn on the job Problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills
