We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer for our Group Housing residential projects in Sector-78, Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works to ensure timely and quality execution.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor work progress as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Maintain daily site progress reports, measurement sheets, and documentation.
Assist in preparing and checking work-related measurements for contractor billing.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and quality teams for inspections and approvals.
Identify site issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
Ensure availability of materials, verify quantities, and monitor material usage to reduce wastage.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance
Support project manager in planning, scheduling, and progress review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in
high-rise/group housing residential projects
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Hands-on experience supervising contractors and labour teams.
Ability to prepare daily reports, measurements, and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
