Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision:

Monitor and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with blueprints, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Technical Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve technical difficulties that arise during the construction process.

Quality Control & Assurance:

Perform regular inspections and maintain detailed records to ensure the quality of construction work.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols on the construction site, conduct safety training, and ensure workers use appropriate safety gear.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Communicate and collaborate with clients, construction crews, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals.

Documentation:

Gather data, compile site reports, and maintain necessary work documentation.

Resource Management:

Manage on-site resources, including labor and materials, and work to keep the project within budget
