Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Monitor material usage and ensure quality control Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurements Coordinate with consultants and project management team Assist in planning work schedules and manpower deployment Ensure timely completion of work within budget

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering 5-10 years of experience in site execution (experience can be adjusted) Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Familiarity with safety practices and quality standards Basic computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD preferred)

Strong site coordination and supervision skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects Knowledge of billing, quantity estimation, and site measurements
