Regolith Ecological solutions is the construction wing of BeForest Lifestyle Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We create forest-friendly collectives and provide customized eco-friendly homes for our members. BeForest Collectives are crowdfunded and co-owned by a member-led community which is the driving force behind all the farming activities and design decisions for the collective.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (full-time only) Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/civil engineering Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization Willingness to commute daily to, or reside at the project location assigned for the entire duration of the project Knowledge and practical experience of using CAD and MS office Good oral and written English communication skills High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces Knowledge of sustainable civil engineering practices will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Singular responsibility to drive the project to a successful completion as per schedule and quality Responsible for project planning, including resources and cash flows Send daily/weekly progress reports on project status and any variations from schedule Maintain proper and complete documentation during all stages of the project Ensure any site instructions/variations are translated into appropriate documentation (drawings/documents) Keep the Design Team updated on all changes in detail and application Ensure that attendance of contract workers and vendor bills are updated regularly for timely disbursement of payments Verify all subcontractor bills against work orders before forwarding to the head office (HO) for payment Liaise with all external agencies at the site Act as custodian for all company assets and equipment rented/hired for the project
