Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

Organize site facilities, plan work stages, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.

Technical Supervision:

Oversee daily engineering work, interpret designs, provide technical advice, and solve unexpected site problems.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor workmanship, materials, and processes to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Safety & Compliance:

Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and legal regulations on site.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and workers; manage teams and subcontractors.

Resource Management:

Organize construction materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.

Documentation:

Prepare site reports, gather data, and maintain detailed project records.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in technical drawings, construction software, and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of construction methods, health & safety legislation, and budget management.
