Responsible for day-to-day site supervision, execution, and coordination of civil construction works to ensure that project milestones are achieved within quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Supervise site activities, including structural and finishing works, as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely progress.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain daily site reports, material consumption records, and progress tracking.
Assist in resolving site-related technical issues.- Support senior engineers in planning and execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in site execution of high-rise or institutional projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
