About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Engineer

to oversee site-based projects in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, design evaluation, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a leadership-oriented role requiring coordination with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze

photographs, drawings, and maps

to direct projects and evaluate budget constraints Ensure

project feasibility

through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality Create and review

designs

using a variety of materials Perform and validate

quantity calculations

for cost and practical accuracy Communicate with

team members, clients, and vendors

to ensure project cohesion

Forecast timelines

for design and construction phases Inspect project sites to ensure they meet

codes, safety, and quality standards

Lead site teams, assign tasks, and monitor daily progress Prepare and maintain technical

reports, drawings, and documentation

Required Skills

5+ years of site execution / civil engineering experience

Expertise in

AutoCAD

and quantity estimation Strong knowledge of

construction standards, codes, and materials

Excellent

team leadership and project management

skills Ability to handle

multiple projects under strict timelines

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
