Role Summary:

We are seeking a

Junior Site Engineer / Supervisor

with

1-2 years of experience

, including team handling or site coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing project execution, supervise on-site teams, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision & Coordination

Manage daily on-site activities and assist in executing installation work per design specifications. Monitor progress, quality, and safety on the site. Allocate tasks to workers and ensure team productivity. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to streamline workflow.

Technical & Quality Support

Read and understand basic technical drawings/layouts. Conduct site measurements and quality inspections. Ensure installations align with brand standards and client expectations.

Material & Logistics

Track and manage site materials and tools. Report shortages or delays to the procurement team promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily work logs, material consumption records, and team attendance. Share site updates and reports with the Project Head regularly.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience:

1-2 years in site execution or supervision (preferably in interiors or civil)

Skills:

Ability to supervise teams, communicate instructions clearly Working knowledge of measurements and tools Ability to understand technical drawings (basic level) Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English (must)

Additional:

Must have a valid two-wheeler and license for site visits Should be willing to travel within Hyderabad as needed

Salary & Benefits:

?20,000 - ?30,000/month (based on experience and skillset)
