Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Monitor quality of materials and workmanship Prepare and maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurements Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals Check levels, alignment, and layout of structures Assist in material planning, quantity estimation, and billing Identify and resolve site-related technical issues Ensure timely completion of work within budget

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 0-5 years of experience in building / infrastructure projects
