Position Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented

Site Engineer (Civil)

and Interior to manage and supervise ongoing interior and construction projects at our site in

Mettupalayam

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, and project coordination, especially in residential or commercial interior fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution as per architectural and interior design plans.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design/project teams for smooth project execution.

Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Manage site materials, inventory, and labor, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and BOQs.

Provide technical guidance to workers and solve on-site problems efficiently.

Maintain daily project progress reports, labor reports, and site photographs.

Liaise with clients or client representatives during site visits, ensuring satisfaction.

Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are maintained at every stage.

Spotting and addressing potential safety issues.

Enforcing safety protocols on site.

Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed.

Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 4 years in civil construction and/or interior project site supervision

Gender:

Male (due to site-specific requirements involving extended field hours)

Skills Required:

o Strong technical knowledge in civil/interior work execution

o Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders

o Proficient in reading design/structural drawings and handling BOQs

o Good communication and leadership skills

o Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting tools

Language:

Proficiency in

Tamil

(mandatory); English and/or Malayalam is a plus

Other:

Must be willing to travel and stay near site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
