?13,000 - ?20,000 per month

Educational Qualification

BE Civil Engineering

or

Diploma in Civil Engineering

We are looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer

to join our construction team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in site execution and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing construction activities as per drawings and specifications Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and site workers Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates Identify site issues and support timely problem resolution Communicate project progress to seniors and stakeholders Support subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and materials Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take responsibility Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is an added advantage
