The Civil Engineer will be responsible for execution and monitoring of construction projects in real estate and infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires strong technical knowledge, compliance with local building codes/TNRERA, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
KRA: Task / Activities:
Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimations.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with TNRERA guidelines, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
Implement quality control, safety standards, and sustainable construction practice.
KPI: Performance Metrics:
% adherence to project timelines vs. schedule.
Budget compliance and cost variance.
Quality audit scores and safety compliance.
Timely submission of reports and documentation.
Stakeholder satisfaction (internal & external).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or equivalent design tools.
