Job Description

Position: Sr. Site Engineer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Experience: 6 - 10 Year's of experience in Civil construction companies

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's in civil

? Execute and supervise site construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

? Handle measurement, billing, and certification of work executed at site.

? Prepare and update Daily Progress Reports, site records, and work schedules.

? Manage and control labour deployment, productivity, and attendance.

? Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.

? Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality procedures, and project timelines.

? Monitor material consumption and control wastage at site.

? Assist in planning and execution of repair, rehabilitation, and retrofitting works where applicable.

? Resolve site-related technical issues and support project management team.
