? Advance planning of Work in Site.

? Intimate Work Schedule for Contractors and Labours.

? Material Stock Maintenance.

? All Types of Voucher Preparation (DLR, WLPR, MSV, Cash voucher)

? Site Cash Handling.

? Company Equipment Checking.

? Maintain Neat Work Space.

? Co-ordination with Team Members and Head.

? Maintain Materials and Machinery equipment maintenance record.

? Intimate of Material and Labour Payment requirement to office.

? Arrange Material requirement for site in nearby location in case of Emergency.

? Intimate Labour Queries to Head Office.

? Handle the Labour Efficiently.

? Maintain Labour Attendance.

? Supervising the Curing Work.

? If any Challenges faced intimate to Site Head.

? Checking the Structures on Technical Basis.

? Maintaining QC Report.

? Weekly Site Meeting Arrangements

? Maintain Labour Safety measures in Site.

? Maintain the Contacts of Local Transport, Earth Movers vehicle and Material Rental Shop must.

? Mandatory SITe Arrangements.

? Actual Site Measure'ment of Completed Work Every Week.

? Prepare bill for Sub-Contractors according to the Weekly Work measurement.

Rate analysis for Tender Works and Private Works.

Salary Package (Fixed , Variable)



Fixed

:
1. Monthly Salary Rs.10,000/- per month;
2. Food, Travel & Accommodation exp Rs.5000/- per month

Variable:



Note:


>First 3 Month is your Probation Period.
> All the company Benefits will be processed after the Probation.
> If the learning performance is not capable, the candidate will not be able to continue for the 2nd month
> Probation period of 2 or 3 months based on your performance
> Upon completion of your probationary period, as you are a trained team, you are eligible for an incentives scheme and variable pay will be based on your Key Performace Indicator mentioned above

Incentives Structure



From the 4th month your Net pay will be Rs.12000/- and balance will be changed to incentives model.
Incentives can go upto Rs, 5000 per month based on the performance.

Criteria for incentives will be reviese once in 6 months
Incentives will be divided into 3 phases as mention below

Phase 1

- upon completion of following within 2 months from the date of joining
1. After completion of certification for following Zoho modules - Human Resources; sales & marketing; email & collaboration; Project management.
2. After completion of certification for following Gofrugal modules - Retail easy and Manate easy
Upon completion within 2 months an additional incentives of Rs.2000/- per month from 3rd month.

Phase 2

- upon completion of following within 4 month from the date of joining
1. After completion of certification for all the remaining Zoho modules
2. After completion of certification for all the remaining Gofrugal modules
Upon completion of certifcation within 4 months for all the modules of Gofrugal and Zoho, an additional incentivies of Rs.2000/- per month from 5th month

Phase 3

- upon successful implementatin of software to customers and generating revenue for the organization through implementation after 5th month, additional incentive of Rs. 1000 to 2000/- per month based on order closed will be shared with team.
