Job Role

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage site execution activities as per project plans and specifications Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth site operations Monitor project progress and report daily site status to the project manager Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at site Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of work Resolve site-related technical issues and provide necessary guidance Maintain site records, measurements, and documentation Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Support project planning and timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant engineering discipline)

1 to 3 years of experience

as a Site Engineer or in a similar role Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications Strong coordination and communication skills Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required
