Supervise and execute civil construction works as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors
Ensure quality control and safety standards at site
Manage site labor, subcontractors, and daily work schedules
Check material quality, quantity, and ensure proper storage at site
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and site measurements
Monitor project timelines and report delays to management
Handle site inspections and client/consultant visits
Ensure compliance with local authority norms and safety regulations
Support billing, measurement, and BOQ verification
Resolve technical issues and site execution challenges
