Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and finishing works Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor material usage, site measurements, and inventory Prepare daily site reports and progress updates Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Handle site-level problem-solving and technical clarifications Maintain site safety standards and compliance Coordinate inspections and handover activities

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or related field 1-5 years of experience in interior or construction projects Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel and work at project sites

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential, commercial, or office interiors Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel Problem-solving and time management skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
