Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities for residential projects.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Prepare and follow daily and weekly work schedules.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
Assist in quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and billing verification.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly.
Ensure timely completion of work within project timelines.
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2 to 6 years of experience in residential construction (villas, apartments).
Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and basic MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Familiarity with site execution procedures and quality control practices.
