Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities for residential construction projects. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors. Prepare and follow daily and weekly site schedules. Monitor labor productivity and subcontractor performance. Check material quality, quantity, and timely availability at site. Maintain site records including DPR, measurements, and progress reports. Ensure safety standards and compliance at the construction site. Resolve site-related technical issues and report to the project manager.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and interior execution. Ability to read and interpret civil and interior drawings. Basic knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with quality control and safety practices.
