Job Description

:

Study and Review Architectural/Engineering Services/Sub-Contractor drawings / BOQ / Tender documents to ensure coordination and integration. Acting as the main technical advisor, brief, direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise. Handle site petty cash expenses and coordinate with Accounts dept. Establish, coordinate, maintain and build good relations with clients as well as their representatives. Check and ensure quality control of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales. Liaising with Quantity surveyors such as prep. Of material indent in various stages, cross check incoming materials with DC and facilitate measurement / other details for raising running bills Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to Prepare site reports inclusive of monthly stock checks / visit factory & follow up for each project. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Program Other duties as required by the reporting authority which is reasonably within the scope of this role.

Required Candidate profile

Should be an BE / Dip. in Civil

Exp: 0 - 2 yrs

Proficient in using computer system and adaptable to ERP system Good skills in managing personnel and material resources Strong time management & Project management skills Coordination skills Willing to develop long term career
