Qualifications

Engineering Graduates in Civil Engineering with general awareness of civil, electrical, mechanical and Plumbing works

Experience:

0 - 5 years of experience in site execution of residential / commercial buildings

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and construction work.

Plan, organise, and manage resources required for site execution

Ensure quality of construction

Ensure construction is being done as per drawings and specifications.

Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Check reinforcement, shuttering and concrete work.

Verify and maintain material receipt, consumption and stock.

Coordinate with Contractors, Architects, vendors / suppliers for smooth execution.

Ensure safety at site.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budgets

Assist in billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
