About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Site Engineer

to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and site execution effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor site progress, prepare daily reports, and track project timelines Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow Assist in planning material requirements and managing inventory at the site Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols Resolve technical issues and provide site-level solutions promptly Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for updates and approvals Ensure proper documentation of site activities, labor deployment, and work measurements Support the preparation of bills, BOQs, and site measurement sheets

Required Skills

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes Knowledge of site execution, structural works, finishing works, and material handling Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site reporting tools Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and time management

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of experience

in construction / site engineering Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (DCE / BE Civil) Experience in residential or commercial building projects preferred

based on experience and performance
