Site supervision and quality control

Oversee daily construction activities on-site. Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and contract agreements. Verify building layouts, steel framework, and other structural elements before concrete placement. Perform regular quality checks and material tests to ensure everything meets industry standards. Monitor processes like curing and document relevant timelines.
Project management and planning

Create and manage schedules for materials, labor, and equipment to meet deadlines. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Help develop project budget estimates and manage costs. Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
