Job Description

A Junior Engineer assists senior engineers with project design, development, and implementation, while also gathering data, creating reports, and conducting tests. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior engineers, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting site visits, and supporting various project activities from start to finish. Core responsibilities

Assist in design and development:

Work with senior engineers to design new products, systems, or solutions and help prepare technical drawings and specifications.

Conduct research and data collection:

Gather data from various sources, conduct site visits, and perform tests and analysis to support project goals.

Report and document:

Prepare technical reports, project progress reports, and maintain project documentation.

Support project execution:

Help in the implementation of engineering solutions, coordinate with teams, and assist with site supervision and quality inspections.

Troubleshoot and solve problems:

Identify and report problems, assist in troubleshooting technical issues, and contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvements.

Manage project resources:

Assist with cost estimates, prepare project schedules, and manage the logistics of materials and equipment.
Essential skills

Technical:

Proficiency in relevant engineering software (like CAD), strong understanding of engineering principles, and analytical skills.

Qualifications
