Position:
Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project progress as per schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth site operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control at all stages of construction.
Monitor material usage, labor performance, and site documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project records.
Resolve technical issues and assist in planning and execution.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision or site engineering in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
