We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Civil Site Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site. Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site staff to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Manage materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize productivity. Conduct site inspections and quality checks for ongoing works. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients for project updates and approvals. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in quantity estimation, measurement, and billing as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering. years of relevant experience in construction site supervision (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.). Strong knowledge of construction drawings, structural and architectural details. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with [type of projects--e.g., high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, etc.]. Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures. Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
