We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage and execute construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
Ensure that work is carried out as per design, specifications, and drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other site personnel.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Oversee quality control, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
Verify the alignment, elevation, and position of structures.
Manage and review construction materials, resources, and labor.
Assist in project planning and scheduling.
Handle site documentation and maintain records of site activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2+ years of experience in site execution or a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in MSB - residential/commercial projects.
Knowledge of local construction codes and standards.
Certification in Project Management or Health & Safety is a plus.
